Sangeeta Natarajan did Honours in
Commerce from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University. She is Intermediate in Cost & Works Accountancy. Pursuing MBA from Liverpool University, London. After starting her career as an Accounts Officer in a Limited Company, in New Delhi, she recognised her passion to improve herself and got motivated to live life for higher purpose. In order to pursue this desire she took up Human Resource Training and Development as her career. She completed Trainers program from Aspire Human Capital pvt. Ltd. and also successfully completed a Program on Coaching from New Delhi.
Sangeeta Natarajan is a passionate trainer and coach and has extensive knowledge of written and verbal communication and behavioural training in the education sector as well as for industry clients.
During the course of her journey as a professional trainer, she took up schools and university projects, and helped thousands of students to excel and worked on effectiveness of training, including remote training through advanced training technology and methodologies. She has collaborated with cross-functional teams to produce accurate, high quality documentation for customers. In order to engage employees and heighten vision and mission awareness, she created presentations that are emotionally powerful and packed with intellect.
She has interviewed and extracted information from leaders, heads and CEO’s and experts to obtain in-depth understanding of the topics, which were crucial for decision making.
Sangeeta Natarajan, has conducted over 10000 hours of research on Innovative techniques that the companies and organisations can use to build alignment across organisations and synch the organisational goals with the individual goals of the employees, for better productivity and outcomes.
The book ‘Soul of a leader’ is authored by her and it is just the start of her journey as a catalyst of change in the younger generation and in the culture of the organisations.
